Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Each PUBLICPARTS item is handmade in small batches, and variations are part of its character.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

To arrange a return or report a damaged item, please email billy@publicparts.xyz with your order number and details. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on adult products or any item that may reasonably be used in an intimate way, unless the item is faulty upon arrival.

We currently do not offer exchanges.
