Returns & Exchanges

Each PUBLICPARTS item is handmade in small batches, and slight variations are part of its character.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To arrange a return or report a damaged or faulty item, please email billy@publicparts.xyz with your order number and details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We currently do not offer exchanges.
